Shawn Dubin, relief pitcher for the Houston Astros, joins The Matt Thomas Show following a 7-2 loss against the Chicago Cubs on the road Tuesday, creating a three-game losing streak for the Astros who sit at the bottom of the American League West with a 7-17 record.
"[We're] trying to take care of business these next two days," Dubin said. "No one's panicking" because "we all know how good we are" and "we'll get back on track."
Dubin also discusses his college and minor league baseball career, working other jobs before becoming a professional pitcher, developing his change-up over the offseason and more.
